How to Place Your Ad with Us

All information collected by IT Home Services will be kept in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with or sold to any third parties except where required by law.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all paid advertisements.

1. Cardinal Rule #1: Your site cannot be banned from any of the major search engines or directories.  If your site is banned, you cannot advertise on the IT Home Services website.  If your site is banned by the search engines or directories after your advertisement appears on the IT Home Services website your ad will immediately be removed from the IT Home Services website and you will forfeit any compensation for the unused portion of your advertising.
2. Cardinal Rule #2: If your site / company is found to be engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities your ad will immediately be removed from the IT Home Services website and you will forfeit any compensation for the unused portion of your advertising.
3. Cardinal Rule #3: This is a family site.  Ad content will be limited accordingly.
• Advertisements not accepted by the IT Home Services website include but are not limited to:
• Ads containing adult material,
• Drugs and Pharmaceutical companies,
• Gambling, Casino & Poker sites
4. Ads will be placed on a first come, first served basis.
5. Advertisement Specifications.  We are listing the standard ad specifications to give both the advertisers and the IT Home Services staff a common frame of reference.
• Physical Dimensions
• Banner Ads - 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels tall
• Skyscraper Ads -120 pixels wide by 600 pixels tall
• Button Ads - 120 pixels wide by 120 pixels tall (maximum size)
• Your button ad may be smaller than 120 x 120 but not larger
• Text Ads -  Up to 50 words maximum
• Digital Size
• Your entire ad cannot exceed 50 kb in size.
6. Your advertising placement options are:
• Top of Page
• Banner ads only
• Sidebar
• Skyscraper ads
• Button ads
• Small Text ads (under 12 words)
  
• Bottom
• Banner, Button or Text ads
7. Although due consideration will be given to placement requests, IT Home Services reserves the right to make the final determination of ad placement.
8. Your ad will appear on the IT Home Services site for either:
• 6 Months
• 1 year
9. Banners will be placed in rotation to give other advertisers a chance at the same space.
10. Ads will not be placed on any printable pages or forms.
11. ayments are due in full prior to listing your advertisement.
12. IT Home Services reserves the right to ammend the terms, conditions and pricing structure when and as needed without prior notice.
