• You allow us the chance to perform any corrections needed
• After all reasonable attempts, corrections are not possible
• Refunds for third party services are subject to their restrictions and conditions

If any of our products do not perform as specified we will refund your full purchase price minus shipping costs.  You need only return the original product and all copies you made to IT Home Services.

Refunds will be dispursed after we have received the product(s) in question.  You will not be allowed to keep any copies of the products for which you are requesting a refund.
