Web Site Promotion

"Build it and they will come."  Not true at all.  Your site needs to be marketed, distributed and exibited to the public.  That's where we come in.

We start by optimizing your source code and organizing the visible text on your page to a search engine friendly format.  When the site is properly formatted, we then submit your site to the major fee-free search engines; and promote your site within a venue of your choice. Additional Promotions are available at additional cost.

Choose the venue that's right for you.

Affiliate Programs

An affiliate program lets other people promote your product or service.  It is a system designed to generate traffic to your web site in exchange for you sending your visitors to their site.

In simple terms - you allow other people to place referral links on their sites. These links point to your own web pages. When a visitor to your affiliate's site clicks on the referral link, lands on your page and buys your product - the affiliate gets a commision. The affiliate does not get a comission unless a sale is made.

Banner Exchange

In simple terms the concept behind a banner exchange is just this: "I will show your ads on my site in exchange for getting to show my ads on your site."

Banner exchange networks differ from simple link swaps in terms of potential visitors reached. Members of large banner exchanges have the potential for their ads to be shown on thousands of other sites. Also, unlike simple link swaps, which are often hard-coded directly to a page, banner exchange networks allow rotation of ads among many different sites, sometimes with the benefit of sophisticated targeting.

Link Exchange

Link exchange, also called link swapping and reciprocal link exchange, is a proactive solution for link exchange relationships, linking sites with similar content.  Websites with themes or topics that are related to, or complement, your website's theme should be considered as your main links swap partners. Exchanging reciprocal links with other sites is a great opportunity for increasing website traffic and link popularity of your website!

Opt-In Lists

A term that refers to promotional e-mails that have been requested by the individual receiving them. Unlike spam promotional e-mails that get sent out to large lists of recipients without regard to whether or not they want the information, opt-in e-mails are only sent to people who specifically request them.

Opt-In e-mails are targeted and often personalized and carry information about specific topics or promotions that users are interested in learning about. Typical opt-in e-mails contain newsletters, product information or special promotional offers. For example, if a user frequented a Web site that sold books and music online, that user could "opt in" to receive announcements when his favorite author or musician released new material. The promotional e-mail may even present the recipient with a special promotional offer to purchase the product at a discount available only to those on the opt-in list.

Pay-Per-Click

In a PPC agreement, the advertiser only pays for qualifying clicks to the destination site based on a prearranged per-click rate. Popular PPC advertising options include per-click advertising networks, search engines, and affiliate programs.

The pay-per-click method is sometimes seen as a middle ground between paying per impression and paying per action.  When paying per impression, the advertiser assumes the risk of low-quality traffic generated by the publisher.  When getting paid for actions, the publisher assumes the risk of low-converting offers by the advertiser.  In the PPC model, the publisher does not have to worry about the sales conversion rate of the target site, and the advertiser does not have to worry about how many impressions it takes to attract the specified number of clicks.

Search Engine Submission (paid)

When it comes to most search engines, the only way to guarantee that you make it near the top of the list is to pay for your listing.  The exact cost of your listing will depend on where you want to be listed.  Each search engine sets their own prices.

*Remember that almost all of these venues work on a quid pro quo basis.  That means for every ad, banner or link you post in one of these programs you must post one or more ads, banners or links from that same program on your site.  The exact number of ads, banners or links that you must post on your site depends on the particular program specifications.
