Web Content Updating & Maintenance

We provide a Monthly Updating & Maintenance service for all web content packages after initial set-up. All maintenance and updates will be handled from our office unless other arrangements are made.

We also provide administrative and maintenance services for previously established sites. At your request, we will review and familiarize ourselves with your established setup then assume administrative and maintenance duties of your site. We can administer your site from our office or yours depending on your security preferences. Additional fees may apply if we service your site at your location.

VERY IMPORTANT: Content should be updated regularly. If your site content never changes, people won't come back to it. The "been there done that" attitude sets in and you'll never see them again. Keep your content fresh and up to date. This will give your visitors something new to read and keep them coming back.

Third Party Billing

Using this service, we will send you a consolidated, itemized bill each month that will show all of your third party expenses for that month. Examples of this would be:

Site hosting fees
Monthly fees for added features such as forums, chat rooms and counters

After you sign up for this service, you will be automatically billed $20.00 every month for either a 6 month or 1 year period of time. If you wish to pay for this service in one lump sum, arrangements can be made.
Third party fees are not included.
After your term is over you must resubscribe to continue this service.
When your payment is received at IT Home Services we will then disperse the funds to the appropriate service providers.
