Terms
and Conditions for Web Content Technical Support
- By entering into a Web Design agreement with IT Home
Services you
agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions regarding
Technical Support for your website / webpage.
Technical
Support Applies to...
- Technical Support applies to making corrections and fixes
to the
functionality of the site. Such corrections may include, but are
not
limited to; typographical errors, problems with the site's / page's
source code or any error that would prevent the site / page from
working properly.
- Technical Support also includes performing repairs to the
site in
case cousin Brian decides to hack your site and make unwanted changes,
or in case you are the unfortunate victim of a computer virus or a
similar attack.
Technical
Support does not apply to...
- Technical Support does not apply to upgrades, updates or
any
operation that would be considered an administrative or maintenance task
Time
Frame
- The term of 60 days starts the day that your site / page
goes
live and ends exactly 60 consecutive working days thereafter.
- Any work requested by the client will be handled during
normal Business Hours
Limited
Support
- Limited support means 3 support requests per week maximum
Unlimited
Support
- Unlimited
support means that the client may make as many
support
requests as (s)he needs to within normal business hours during the 60
day period
